我们提供由NAATI认证译员完成的专业翻译服务，涵盖中文与英文之间的官方文件翻译，适用于签证、移民、教育、法律等用途。
We offer professional NAATI-certified translation services between English and Chinese, covering official documents for visa, immigration, education, and legal purposes.
2. 客户义务 / Your Responsibilities
- 您需确保提交的文件真实、完整且符合相关法律规定。
- 我们依赖您提供的信息进行翻译，如因文件错误导致问题，责任由客户自行承担。
- 下单即视为您授权我们在翻译过程中使用您提交的文件。
- You must ensure that the documents you provide are accurate, complete, and lawful.
- We rely on the information you supply; any errors or omissions may affect the translation.
- By placing an order, you authorise us to use the documents strictly for translation purposes.
3. 交付与修改 / Delivery and Revisions
标准文件翻译通常在1–3个工作日内完成。如翻译存在理解或表达错误，您有权在交付后7天内申请免费修改。若原文件内容发生变更，将视情况收取额外修改费用。
Standard documents are typically completed within 1–3 business days. If there are errors in translation, you are entitled to free revisions within 7 days of delivery. Changes to the original document after translation may incur additional charges.
4. 费用与付款 / Fees and Payment
我们将在确认订单前提供详细报价。除非另有书面约定，所有服务需在确认后支付全款。一旦付款，视为您接受相关服务条款。
A detailed quote will be provided before order confirmation. Full payment is required upon confirmation unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment constitutes acceptance of the service terms.
5. 免责声明 / Disclaimer
我们致力于提供准确、符合NAATI标准的翻译，但无法保证所有机构无条件接受。因翻译使用而引发的间接损失或责任，我们概不承担。
We strive to deliver accurate, NAATI-compliant translations but cannot guarantee acceptance by all organisations. We are not liable for any indirect losses resulting from the use of our translations.
6. 知识产权 / Intellectual Property
除非另有书面协议，翻译成品的版权归本网站所有。客户拥有在指定合法用途内使用翻译件的许可权。
Unless otherwise agreed, the copyright of translated materials belongs to Transloth. Clients are granted a licence to use the translation for its intended legal purposes.
7. 服务拒绝与终止 / Service Refusal and Termination
我们保留在发现提交材料违法、不实或不符合公共道德时，拒绝或中止服务的权利。
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if submitted documents are illegal, misleading, or breach public morals.
8. 法律适用 / Governing Law
本条款受澳大利亚法律管辖，若发生争议，双方同意提交澳大利亚法院解决。
These terms are governed by Australian law. Any disputes shall be resolved through Australian courts.
